Direct Tax Manager at HDB & Associates
Joined HDB & Associates as Direct Tax Manager, handling complex income tax assessments, return filings, and advisory for a diverse set of clients. This role sharpened his understanding of tax strategy and client management at scale.

Community Building: BCAF & BCOC
Took on leadership roles as Member of the Bhanushali Chartered Accountants Forum (BCAF) and Executive Council Member of the Bhanushali Chamber of Commerce (BCOC). These platforms became vehicles for professional networking, knowledge sharing, and giving back to the CA community.

Incorporated Bhanushali Global Advisors as a private limited company, headquartered at Akshar Business Park, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. BGA was built to go beyond traditional CA work, offering Zoho and ERP implementation, fractional CFO services, offshore accounting, AI deployment, and digital transformation consulting to clients across India, the US, UK, Canada, and UAE.

Scaling BGA Across Borders
Today, BGA serves clients across fintech, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and media with a growing team operating out of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The firm is actively expanding into UAE advisory, AI-integrated workflows, and offshore accounting. Bhavik continues to speak at industry events, mentor CA students through BCAF, and build AI-first tools that change how businesses run their finance and operations.
